COMMUNICATION AND INTERNAL RELATIONS

  • Surveys of condominium owners to define priorities. 

  • At the request of a condominium owner, a maximum response time  of 24 hours is offered.

  • Accompaniment and welcome to the new neighbors (Delivery of the  regulation, etc.) 

  • Represent and verify compliance with the decisions made in the  General Assemblies of the owners. 

  • Reconcile the conflicts between the condominium owners, in order to  safeguard a healthy condominium coexistence and monitor the correct  functionality and use of common areas and services.

  • Carry out activities that improve their daily coexistence. 

  • Organization of meetings and/or assemblies. 

  • Preparation and control of the Multiple Use Room log. 

  • Preparation and/or updating of the neighborhood directory (emergency phone numbers, business circle).
