  • Management procedures and request for services that correspond to the condominium. 

  • Manage with authorities the obtaining of resources, for improvements and  maintenance of common areas. 

  • Process before local and federal institutions matters related to services (electricity, water, garbage collection) 

  • Calls to ordinary and extraordinary assemblies in accordance with the State Condominium Law and the Internal Regulations of the Condominium.
